Insurance is not valid for negligent or drunk driving, driving under influence of drugs or on unauthorized/unpaved roads, driving to prohibited areas/countries and obvious acts of disregard to the vehicle or if an unauthorized driver operates the car.
The Hubs can deliver your car at Heraklion Airport, Heraklion Port or anywhere else you want.
You have to return the car with the same amount of fuel as it was in the beginning of your rental. If it less, additional charges may arise.
We have a 24/7 breakdown road service, you must stop the car, contact us and follow the given instructions.
You have to contact us in time and before the expiry of the rental agreement to extend the rental period.
